Way back in the days of old (Well 1999 to be truthful) there emerged from the dungeons of old Rotherham town a motley band of misfit muso's too strange and deranged to find gainful employment anywhere else! These spangly glamsters created "The Bangkok Ladyboyz" and entertained the masses with their crazee party rock croonings. But alas, like the fiery Pheonix or a well made chicken sandwich some things are just too good to last! and the bright lights of Bangkok faded as its members were scattered to the four winds (Mental institutions or musical correctional facilities!)

Then Flying out of the sun came The sultan of vulcan and the Guitar ace Maverick Dundee and they looked upon the music scene of Yorkshire and said "Lo, why hast thou forsaken the faith?" and the people cried "We have lost our way" and they did decree "Let it be fortolded, we shall not stand by and let sillyness be lost NO! we shall not let the dancing trainers grow moot with the dust of ages NO! we shall return the groove and give people the right to party!" and the people did rejoice! seeking out the arcane bass resonance of the eldrich Druid they summoned forth the Baron Von Groove himself from the Dark realms (Maltby!) "Why hast thou woke me from my slumber?" asked the Baron "We're putting the band back together" spoke rocks lost heroes. "So mote it be" And now they're back, slightly repackaged and renamed.

THE BANGKOK MESSIAH'S OF GROOVE (cos the surgery was never really an option) are here to live out loud. KEEP THE FAITH, KEEP IT GROOVY!
